SECTION 1: In case of Damaged Product fill the refund form situated in menu bar within 24 hrs after delivery. Original Packing should be available with the product. (We will not except your request after 24 hours of delivery)
Damaged Product Means-
1) Incomplete Print
2) Worn
3) Fade Color
4) Wrong Color
Custom Products are not refundable.
SECTION 2: Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS, SALE ITEMS or GIFT CARDS.
SECTION 3: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
