1. Custom Orders
All items on Apester are custom-made. By confirming an order, you agree that designs are finalized based on the brief provided. Minor color variations may occur between digital mockups and physical prints.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless the garment is physically damaged upon arrival or there is a significant manufacturing defect.
3. Designer Conduct
Designers are independent creators. Apester HQ reserves the right to suspend accounts found using copyrighted material or violating community guidelines.
